This is a powerful sequence which you can add to your daily practice after jivamukti sun salutation.
It will improve your shoulder opening, hip opening, gives you strength and flexibility.
Very important to:
- keep shoulders away from your ears
- engage your pelvic floor
- while in warrior 2 be aware of your front knee and make and angle of 90 degrees
- the distance between legs should be comfortable and your back foot
- should be grounded
- knee cups up when legs straight
- shoulders rolled back
