Jivamukti Warrior to Sage Sequence Italy

 

This is a powerful sequence which you can add to your daily practice after jivamukti sun salutation.
It will improve your shoulder opening, hip opening, gives you strength and flexibility.

Very important to:
  • keep shoulders away from your ears
  • engage your pelvic floor
  • while in warrior 2 be aware of your front knee and make and angle of 90 degrees
  • the distance between legs should be comfortable and your back foot
  • should be grounded
  • knee cups up when legs straight
  • shoulders rolled back Enjoy your class!!
